DEEP FRIED MARINATED PORK BELLY ━ with heaps of crunchy crackling and the most delicious slightly spicy, slightly sweet sauce, this dish is a crowd pleaser. serve it on a bed on fluffy white rice and let all your dreams come true!
RED DUCK CURRY ━ filled with bamboo shoots, cherry tomatoes, chunky pieces of eggplant, pineapple, basil leaf and lychees! the sweetness of the lychee fruit compliments the spice of the chilli that absolutely hits you in the face. again, definitely recommend eating on a bed of rice to help soak up all that delishhh red curry sauce.
DODEE TOMYUM NOODLE ━ with a variety of combination meats like tender pork ribs, fish ball and pepper pork. the soup, like any good tom yum, is characterised by its distinct hot and sour flavours. they use fragrant spices and herbs generously to make sure it kicks a punch.
and last but definitely not least… PA TONG GO ━ their famous deep fried bread with the creamiest pandan custard dipping sauce. honestly, i was a bit worried about the quality of this dessert after travelling all the way from the cbd but it was still crunchy on the outside and oh so fluffy in the middle. what a way to finish!
